  I am compelled to write a good review for Coast Door & Window Company. I live in the state of Texas but I own a couple of properties in Thousand Oaks CA area for many years now. I first used Coast Door & Window Co. a couple of years ago on a recommendation of my plumber. They replaced all the windows in one of my rental house and did a wonderful job. In January 2013, my tenant in another rental house called that a couple of windows are cracking and it looks dangerous. This house was completely updated in 2009. I tried to call my remodeler that installed new windows and doors at the house. I never got a returned phone call or email back from him. So I called Coast Door and spoke to Lynette. She remembered me and immediately went to check the broken windows. She told me the “good news” that the windows that were originally installed are fully covered by the manufacturer. I only had to pay for the labor. WOW, what honest company. In addition, Lynette filed all the paperwork with the manufacturer too, which helped me a lot. Job was done and I am very happy. A five star for this company is a must.
